I have lived in the South Bay since 1963, so I have some history in the area when there were grazing areas instead of malls. I've been a Realtor since 1976 but purchased my first home, a fixer, in 1971. I've been active in real estate since then, as a Realtor for others primarily but I also work on homes for myself as a way of keeping busy. My real estate credentials are substantial. I like to be knowledgeable in everything I do, especially when I'm dealing with other peoples' money and future. I have my Broker's license and a CRS designation, that only 5% of the real estate community earns and is based on educational courses and experience. I've also taken extensive courses and attained the GRI designation. My education consists of an MS in Industrial and Engineering Psychology and a BS in Art with a specialization in Design: interior design. I currently live in the Eastview area of Rancho Palos Verdes and am working on fixing up a house when time allows. I spend most of my time working to help my clients fulfill their requirements.
